- Camera Data: To provide our core scanning service, we collect and process images of food products, barcodes, and ingredients lists that you capture via the camera.

We collect anonymous data on how you interact with the app (e.g., screens visited, features used) to improve performance and user experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data strictly to:
- Provide the Service: Processing your photos to generate AI-based halal verification and ingredient analysis.
- User History: Storing your scan results so you can revisit them in your "History" tab.
- Account Management: Managing your subscription and preferences (e.g., selected Madhabs).
- Improve Accuracy: We may use anonymized scan data to refine our OCR and ingredient recognition databases.
3. Data Retention
We retain your scan history and account data so you can view your past activity. You may delete specific scans or your entire account at any time within the app settings, which will permanently remove this data from our servers.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can exercise these rights directly within the app or by contacting us.
